Get a RELATIONSHIP with Holy Spirit!

I had so many questions for the Father in 2009. Some of the questions I asked him were: Why are saints falling into idolatry, people worship? Why is there such a lack of kindness and love among believers? Why is entertainment taking over the sanctuaries? Why are saints running away from truth and flocking to false? Why is intellectualism filling the Christian “radio and television” circuits? Why are saints patterning so many of their ministries off the trends of this world instead of asking you for the authentic and the original? Why Lord why?

The Lord answered me: “PROPHET! They have knowledge of the Word so they comfortably claim me as God. They do the work of the ministry through their busyness and they accept that as walking out the love of Jesus. But the one thing they do not have is the REALITY of the KNOWLEDGE OF WHO I AM which can only come from a rooted relationship with me, my son AND Holy Spirit. HOLY SPIRIT is the one who does the work of the ministry on my behalf in my people. He must guide them. I sent Him from heaven to earth to be their helper – but many do not know of His existence, so he remains inactive in their lives … only able to move sporadically.”

I pray that you hear what the Lord is trying to convey.

You see, without Holy Spirit (Ruach Hakodesh) we can do nothing in and of ourselves. While Jesus was who He was, He did not start his ministry until after the Baptism and THE SPIRIT OF GOD descended upon Him like a dove. He became FILLED with the Spirit. The problem with many “church folk” today is that they have become institutionalized in their thinking and doing verses being moved by the “path” of the Son of the Living God.

John 14:26 says, "But the Helper, Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you."

The truth of the matter is this: If we are reading and studying our Word; having our faith built up by the hearing of the preached Word; and then immersing ourselves in prayer and letting Holy Spirit lead and guide us, THEN THERE IS NO WAY many of the people of God could do, say or even think some of the things we are hearing today.

The activation of Holy Spirit on the inside of them would STOP THEIR PLANS before they even started.

You see, one of the primary functions of Holy Spirit here in the earth is to HELP US! HE IS HERE TO HELP US! Do we really understand what it means to HAVE HELP! That means that no matter what I’m having a problem with I can call on Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus and by the authority of the FATHER! HOLY SPIRIT! HELP ME! YOU KNOW WHAT TO PRAY ON MY BEHALF! YOU KNOW WHAT I NEED BEFORE I EVEN UTTER IT! HELP ME HOLY SPIRIT! GUIDE ME HOLY SPIRIT! YOU KNOW THE PERFECT WILL OF THE FATHER CONCERNING ME!

People of God, saints of the most high, let us give Holy Spirit permission in this new year to RULE AND REIGN on the inside of our being. Let's give him permission to give us a SPIRITUAL ENEMA! He will correct, realign, sweep out and revolutionize man's soul! He will put our ministries on the narrow road, tune our ears to the Father, and make our hearts tender to our Father's desires. He will close the wide gate and constrict the narrow one with pressure.

I tell you! This isn't an easy path... but it is a refining one.

Many people don’t want to activate HOLY SPIRIT in their hearts. Why? Because they know that many of things they are doing will be shut down. They know that "what they call ministry" will probably be set on fire and dismantled! There are saints who actually believe they are going to lose something. But it troubles me to know that many will mourn for the tangible, but cannot mourn over the chaos caused by sin.

When we can't move into trusting Holy Spirit, then we are refusing to allow our Father to reveal the hidden manna of Luke 9:23-24 which says:

23And He said to all, If any person wills to come after Me, let him deny himself [disown himself, forget, lose sight of himself and his own interests, refuse and give up himself] and take up his cross daily and follow Me [cleave steadfastly to Me, conform wholly to My example in living and, if need be, in dying also].
24For whoever would preserve his life and save it will lose and destroy it, but whoever loses his life for My sake, he will preserve and save it [from the penalty of eternal death].

When we chase after Jesus Christ, we are chasing God and Holy Spirit. Many people cling to God or a god likeness, because those spirits know that if they embrace the SON they are embracing the APOSTOLIC MESSAGE OF THE KINGDOM. So they stick to being spiritual and politically correct without the accountability or the conviction of walking in righteousness.

But when we say JESUS as true sons of God, we are making a declaration in Heaven, earth and hell that we want it all! We want our full inheritance! But the INCREASE in that area of want involves getting to know Holy Spirit at a greater level. When He emerges and rises in you…. everything unlike Jesus will begin to BURN UP and become as ash.

So I ask you today... on this first day of the New Year to “seek after a relationship with Holy Spirit like you’ve never had before." Truly, he will not be with us always. One day, he will depart the earth… and men will know what it means to live without the presence of God.
